About
The Ginger pig are large retail butcher with nine shops. They operate across London with over 100 members of staff.
The Challenge
With nine shops, old equipment, over 1000 products and 100 members of staff, they needed a solution that could manage lots of elements of their business.
They were managing their products, website, staff members, counter tickets and card machines separately. The products were hard to manage with their existing software especially for Natasha’s Law.
The Solution
Dimension Pro now handles products for all of the shops and their e-commerce business. All products with ingredients now comply with Natasha’s Law and they are displayed on their website and on the product labels.
From their head office they also produce counter tickets for the display cabinets in all of the shops. Before this was handles by an external printer costing them time and money.
We replaced the 30 scales in the shops and we completed installing the brand new Avery Berkel XTi machines in
3 weeks. Then we added card machines to all of the scales, so when taking card payments it was always correct and all linked to one system.
All of their staff members working times are tracked by our app TimeTrack. When they log on they are automatically logged on to the scale and also a report is generated for how long they work for.
